Should you have any issues with this, feel free to message Alissa directly - 0413 764 783.Please RSVP before July 18th, to allow us time to finalise details with the venue.

Both the Ceremony and the Reception will be held in the same location - 
The Refinery - 12 Austin St, Newstead.
There is street parking (sometimes) available, which is free on weekends, however being such a central location and close to The Valley and the City, taxis and rideshares will be readily available before and after the event.

Please aim to arrive at 3:30pm to allow enough time to find a seat, ready for the 4pm ceremony. 
Please understand, so as to avoid disruptions, late comers may be asked to wait to the side.

Dress to impress in your absolute best cocktail attire!
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions around the dress code. But please, no jeans/casual attire - and of course, ladies, no white :) 
The venue is indoor/outdoor, so may be a little cool given the time of year.

Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate additional plus ones, unless specifically included on your invitation. Only those whose names are addressed on the invite will have a seat reserved for them.

Whilst we love each and every one of your children, due to venue restrictions, this event will be adults only. 
We hope you'll take this opportunity to kick up your heels and enjoy a night out kid free. 

It sure is! Our incredible venue will cater to any and all dietary needs - and we can promise you, your meal will be just as amazing as everyone else's. There's a reason these guys are our absolute fave restaurant in Brissy! We can't wait to share it with you all.
It is, however, important that you do not assume that we just know/will have automatically accounted for your dietary needs. Unless you have noted it on your RVSP, it will not be taken into account. 

We want all our guests to be fully present and in the moment with us, so will be having an 'unplugged ceremony'. 
We firmly ask that you refrain from taking photos/videos during the ceremony, so as to avoid getting in the way of our amazing photographer Ben, and Content Creator Sarah. Please be mindful of this at all times during the ceremony, including our walk back down the aisle - we'd love for Ben & Sarah to be able to work their magic, without the risk of phones and cameras being in the way of the perfect shots. 
The rest of the day and night, feel free to snap away! We do ask that you do not post ANY photos of us to social media, until after we have done so ourselves.
We'll have QR codes around the venue for you to scan, and upload any photos you want to share with us, so please snap away and don't forget to upload them!

The Refinery is only a short walk into Fortitude Valley, and a short car trip into the City. There are also a number of hotels around the Breakfast Creek area, which is very close by - and perhaps a little more affordable being out of the main Valley area. We have found The Quest Breakfast Creek to be the best value in the area - and is conveniently only a 12min walk to the venue.
